
Мacular tear
Male, 36 years old. The patient has had poor eyesight for 3 years and has not consulted a doctor. Vision is 20/600, the patient sees only light, and names the direction of light incorrectly (in Latin - proectio lucis incerta). When examining the fundus, a large old macular tear with paramacular pigment deposition is visible. The vessels and optic disc are not affected.
