A severe intraocular inflammatory disorder resulting from an infection shortly after cataract surgery. An 80 years old diabetic patient reported blurred vision to light perception (LP), photophobia, and painful red and hard eye. Note conjunctival chemosis, swollen lids, discharge, infiltrated, ulcered and hazy cornea and hypopyon.
