Advanced untreated skin carcinoma
A 60 years old patient was admitted for surgical removal of advanced, untreated skin cancer. Tumor had been growing for 30 years prior to the operation was performed. It included femoral skin graft autotransplants used for reconstruction of the wounded inguinal and perineal area. This photograph has been taken after the operation. Skin FST 3, phototype 3.
