
AIDS-related Plasmablastic lymphoma in the left maxillary sinus
An oblique, frontal CT Scan with contrast enhancement of a 63-year-old male patient showing osteolytic left maxillary sinus mass - Plasmablastic lymphoma (PBL). This patient suffered from HIV (B20) for 36 months prior to the exam. A 64 slice CT scanner was utilized with a 0.625 mm thickness parameter. A 100 ml iodine contrast with V = 5 ml/sec injection was administered prior to the scan.
