AIDS-related primary bone lymphoma

A 59-year-old-male patient. He suffered from HIV (B20) for 8 months prior to the exam. On this MRI scan, we see right proximal meta epiphysis tibial, lateral condyle marrow infiltrative lesion eliciting low signal on T1, high signal on T2, and STIR WI. It shows lateral cortical erosion and associated extra-osseous soft tissue component invading the adjacent muscles.
