
Ascending aortic replacement
A 62-year-old female patient presented with an ascending aortic aneurysm and severe aortic regurgitation. The Bentall procedure was performed: combined aortic valve and ascending aorta replacement. The composite graft is positioned in the aortic annulus. Anastomoses of the coronary arteries to the aortic graft are completed. The aortic graft is sutured to the ascending aorta. Aortic graft completed with the closure of cannulation sites (intraoperative photograph).
