A female patient, 68 years old, with lower eyelid node, which has been developing for the past 7 years. Surgically removed, as it was gradually increasing in size. Basal cell carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of the skin of the eyelids (94%). It is characterized by slow growth, lack of pain, extremely rare metastasis. It flows in the form of a node or ulcers.
