Becker's Nevus

A 34 years old woman was referred due to a large pigmented plaque on the posterior fold of the knee. it developed five years prior. It was a Becker's Nevus which is an acquired benign pigmentary hamartoma. Typically it is localized on the chest, scapular region, and shoulders and rarely to the limbs. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) phototype 5.
