Biceps Brachii
Black line drawing of right arm featuring the biceps brachii long head and short head rendered in color. The origin of the long head is on the supraglenoid tubercle on the top of the glenoid fossa or socket. The origin of the short head is shown on the tip of the coracoid process of the scapula. Both heads are shown inserting on the tuberosity of the radius. The bicipital aponeurosis or lacerates fibrosus is shown medially of the biceps tendon. It gets attached to the deep fascia of the medial side of the forearm after covering the brachial, radial, and ulnar artery along with the median nerve.
