Bilateral benign adrenal adenomas

Oblique, colored sagittal CT scan with contrast enhancement of a 74-year-old male patient. A 50×30 mm mass is noted at the right adrenal gland. Its mean attenuation values on non-contrast images measured 10HU. After contrast media administration, the mass shows rapid washout. A 40×25 mm nodule is also observed at the left adrenal gland. Its mean attenuation values on non-contrast images measured 16HU and showed rapid washout on post-contrast CT images. A 64 slice CT scanner was utilized with a 0.625 mm thickness parameter. A 100 ml iodine contrast with V = 5 ml/sec injection was administered prior to the scan.
