Calcification in follicular lymphoma

This is a coronal CT image with contrast enhancement of a 44-year-old male with a history of follicular lymphoma and two-stage CHOP chemotherapy consisting of: Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin Hydrochloride (Hydroxydaunomycin), Vincristine Sulfate (Oncovin) & Prednisone. It shows calcification in enlarged right common and external iliac lymph nodes. Multiple enlarged para-aortic and aortocaval, mesentery, and iliac lymph nodes are also noted. A 64-slice CT scanner was utilized with a 0.5 mm thickness parameter. A 100 ml iodine contrast with V = 5 ml/sec injection was administered prior to the scan.
