
Calcifying pulmonary metastases due to ovarian cancer - untreated - first-time detected
This is a coronal CT image (lung window) of a 58-year-old non-smoker female with a history of ovarian cancer and segmentectomy of the right lower lobe. It shows multiple complex nodules and nodes, measuring 5 - 20 mm with a calcified and soft tissue component. A 128-slice CT scanner was used, with the thickness parameter set to 0.5 mm.
