A 60-year-old male patient with quadriparesis and pain in the thoracic region. Here we see an MRI of the cervical and thoracic spine shows severe syringomyelia due to a thoracic Meningioma. Syringomyelia extends from C2 to Th 9, while dorsal Meningioma is at levels of Th7 and Th8.
