Chest wall invasion due Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Oblique, axial CT Scan with contrast enhancement of a 49-year-old male patient. It demonstrates a large mediastinal mass by the chest wall and left lung invasion. A 64 slice CT scanner was utilized with a 0.625 mm thickness parameter. A 100 ml iodine contrast with V = 5 ml/sec injection was administered prior to the scan.
