Choroidal rupture following blunt trauma & complicated by Choroidal Neovascularization

A 41-year-old male patient presented with traumatic choroidal rupture complicated by type 1 and 2 Choroidal Neovascularization (CNV) of his left eye. One year prior to this examination, this patient suffered an eyeball injury due to a physical kick. Horizontal OCT scan shows choroidal defect at the nasal part of perifovea, hyperreflective masses above bruch's membrane and intraretinal cysts. Cystoid changes are caused by edema and degeneration process BCVA 20/100 ( 0.2)
