Choroidal rupture following blunt trauma & complicated by Choroidal Neovascularization

A 41-year-old male patient presented with traumatic choroidal rupture complicated by type 1 and 2 Choroidal Neovascularization (CNV) of his left eye. One year prior to this examination, this patient suffered an eyeball injury due to a physical kick. OCTA 6 mm shows old choroidal neovascularisation network 1 and 2 types. The B scan shows fibrovascular PED (Pigment Epithelial Detachment), hyperreflective masses above Bruch's membrane and intraretinal cysts. These are caused by edema and degeneration process BCVA 20/100 ( 0.2)
