Axial CT scan with contrast enhancement. A 40-year-old-male patient. The spleen is markedly enlarged, its height in the cephalocaudal direction is 200 mm. In addition, multiple cervical, mediastinum, axillary, para aortocaval and mesenteric lymphadenopathies are observed. Some of them look like a conglomerate and cover the mesenteric vessels. Multiple lymphadenopathy is also found in the parailiac and inguinal regions on both sides.
