Congenital hypertrophy of the pigment epithelium

A 47-year-old female patient was previously observed with a diagnosis of choroid nevus. The examination revealed congenital hypertrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium with atrophic lacunae. There are no changes in visual acuity, there are no complaints. Here we see an optical coherence tomography (OCT) scan in en face mode.
