Connective tissue mole ( congenital lipoma) - brown skin
Connective tissue mole in a 10-year-old obese girl. Congenital connective tissue naevi (mole) are a clinically heterogeneous group of hamartomas, named by the predominant cell type on histology, and therefore usually requiring biopsy for accurate diagnosis. A histopathology lab test confirmed collagenoma or collagen naevus as the diagnosis. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) phototype 5.
