COVID-19 myelitis

Coloured MRI of COVID 19 myelitis at the Level of T3-4. The lesion is hyperintense on a T2 MRI image. The 56-year -old patient complained of sensory impairment in the legs which had ascending manner. The neurologist elicited a bilateral Babinsky sign. The lesion was diagnosed after a month of COVID19 infection.
