Double S Scoliosis
A 12-year-old boy with a significant spine deformation, making it difficult to sit or walk and causing severe back pain. The curvature of his spine is more prominent on the right side. On this colored X-Ray radiograph of the whole spine in the standing position and in the anteroposterior view, we can see the scoliosis column in the shape of the letter "S" and the anatomical deformity known as "Double S" scoliosis. Very severe scoliosis or scoliosis of the 3rd degree because the value of Cobb's angle (angle of curvature) is greater than 50 degrees in the thoracic part of the spine on the right - dextroconvex scoliosis, as well as the rotation of the spinous process of the lumbar vertebrae. This has also resulted in the deformity of the chest.
