A 60-year-old female patient with Duputren's left arm contracture that appeared 6 months prior. She was since operated on and received physiotherapy. Here we see thickened skin and subcutaneous tissue, nodular changes appeared - Garrod's nodules, fixed to the skin and connective tissue (fascia). cutaneous manifestation. The skin is fixed to the connective sheath below it and is pulled down, resulting in indentations. This photo was taken 4 weeks after the surgery.
