Erythema elevatum diutinum associated with paraproteinemia
A 69-year-old man with a monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) presented with violaceous plaques and nodules symmetrically distributed over the acral regions. Skin biopsy was consistent with leukocystoclastic vasculitis. The clinical image presents red to purple plaques and nodules with a firm consistency. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) phototype 3.
