Fish tank granuloma in a 35-year-old man. He has a fish tank at home which he cleans barehand. Mycobacterium marinum causes disease in many fish species and human infection follows contact with fish or contaminated water. The commonest presentation is a nodule on the hand or upper limb that may demonstrate sporotrichoid spread. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) phototype 5.
