Fordyce spots - brown skin
Fordyce spots (prominent sebaceous glands) in scrotal skin in a 35-year-old man. It's clearly visible when the skin is stretched. Fordyce spots are heterotopic sebaceous glands (i.e. not associated with hair follicles) which are located on mucosal surfaces or glabrous skin of the lips, oral mucosa or genitalia. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) phototype 5.
