Fusion of teeth
Fusion is the union of two embryologically separate developing teeth. They are not considered to be common and have a frequency of occurrence ranging between 0.3% and 3.8% in the general population. In this case, we see only two primary inferior incisors, but every one of these is a fusion between central and lateral incisors.
