Fusion of teeth
Fusion is the union of two embryologically separate developing teeth. They are not considered to be common and have a frequency of occurrence ranging between 0.3% and 3.8% in the general population. In this case, we see a fusion of the lower central primary incisor with the lower lateral primary incisor on the left side.
