Gastric adenocarcinoma with liver metastases
An oblique frontal CT scan with contrast enhancement of a 76-year-old female. It shows soft tissue mass in the gastric antrum and pylorus region and an enlarged liver with multiple varying-sized lesions. Gastrohepatic and celiac lymph node enlargement with central low attenuation indicating necrosis is also visible. A 64-slice CT scanner was used, with the thickness parameter set to 0.5 mm. A 100 ml iodine contrast with V = 5 ml/sec injection was administered prior to the scan.
