Gout DECT 3D foot scan

DECT Sagittal Dual-Energy CT of the foot in a 39-year-old female patient suffering from gout. Scanning was performed with 80 kV and 140 kV (kilo volts), revealing monosodium urate deposition (green areas) in the second metatarsal phalangeal joint, representing gouty tophus.
