
Hepatosplenomegaly in chronic lymphatic leukaemia
Colored Axial CT scan of a 67-year-old male shows an enlargement of both the liver (hepatomegaly) and the spleen (splenomegaly) in chronic lymphatic leukaemia. A 100 ml iodine contrast injection was administered prior to the scan. CT scanner's 64 slice Thickness parameter was set to 0.625 mm.
