Hidradenitis suppurativa - inguinal area

A 34 years old male patient diagnosed with Hydradenitis suppurativa - Hurley stage 3. The first lesions appeared at the age of 28 in both left & right armpits. Two years later, new lesions appeared in the genital area. Papules, inflammatory nodules, deep abscesses and drainage sinuses from which blood and pus are drained are present in all affected areas. Due to significant & ongoing inflammation, the lesions were substituted by scars.
