Hip joints - osteonecrosis

A 48-year-old female patient visited the hospital, due to hip pain closer to the right. She was able to walk independently, without aids, but with severe hip pain. An X-ray exam was performed and found osteonecrosis of both hips. Osteonecrosis is also called avascular necrosis (AVN) or aseptic necrosis.
