
Humpback Whale, Cooperative Feeding
Humpback whales (Megaptera novaeangliae) cooperative feeding or bubble-net feeding. This is a process of blowing bubbles at herring to force them into a tight clump, which it is easy for the whales to prey upon; Pacific Ocean off of Southeast Alaska.
