Impression of the number of polymorphonuclear cell on 4 different magnifications

The same field of view (FOV) seen under 4 different microscopic magnifications (x1000, x400, x200 and x100) with epithelial cell (EC) and polymorphonuclear cell (PMN) on surfaces which are compared to magnification x1000 larger 6.25, 25 and 100 times. Smiley is an orientation marker for the FOV. It should be noted that our equipment makes areas of micrographs smaller than actual microscopic surface area FOV for 3.8X, 3.6X, and 4.4X under magnifications x1000, x400, and x200, respectively. In other words, micrographs taken are roughly 4 times smaller than the actual surface area FOV seen under the microscope.
