A 56 years old female patient. OCT mode Retina map OD. Viss OD=0.6 (20/30) cc sph -1.25 D = 0.8 (20/20). Wet form age-related macular degeneration (Wet AMD). Epiretinal membrane. Macular edema. Lamellar macular hole (LMH) is a vitreoretinal disorder characterized by an irregular foveal contour, a break in the inner fovea, dehiscence of the inner foveal retina from the outer retina, and the absence of a full-thickness foveal defect with intact foveal photoreceptors.
