
Lamellar macular hole OCT scan
Optical coherence tomography of a 51-year-old female patient with lamellar macular hole (LH). LH is characterized by the defect of the inner retinal layers, the epiretinal membrane with surface wrinkling, sharp intraretinal split, and a “schisis-like” appearance. The outer retina is intact. Macular disorders have not changed over the past five years. VA 20/20.
