Lips Squamous cell carcinoma caused by smoking
A Mediterranean caucasian patient, 63 years old, with skin Phototype IV, was referred for a verrucous nodule arising from the floor of the mouth. It started with a small lesion that grows rapidly. The patient is a heavy smoker (narguilé). Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of an oral verrucous variant of squamous cell carcinoma.
