
Lips Squamous cell carcinoma caused by smoking
A mediterranean caucasian patient, 63 years old, with skin Phototype IV-V, refered for a verrucous nodule araising from the floor of the mouth. It started with a small lesion that grows rapidly. Patient is a heavy smoker (narguilé). Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of oral verrucous variant of squamous cell carcinoma.
