Low grade central osteosarcoma distal right femur
A 10-year-old-female patient. Coloured Frontal CT scan. At the distal region of the left femur is a solitary lytic lesion with a narrow zone of transition on the frontal but less so on the lateral, measuring 4 x 2 cm. Notice some periosteal reactions too. "Fluffy" new bone formation is visible, projecting over the anterior aspect of this lytic focus. No soft tissue or joint involvement can be observed.
