Mazabraud syndrome
A 57-year-old-male patient. This anterior Coloured X-Ray radiograph of the right arm shows areas of minor expansile metaphyseal lesions with well-marginated borders and ground glass matrix with some sclerosis in the proximal thirds of the humerus. Changes are suggestive of underlying fibrous dysplasia. Large solid right axillary lesion. Mazabraud syndrome is a rare syndrome characterized by skeletal fibrous dysplasia and intramuscular myxomas.
