Megalocornea, buphthalmus, anterior staphyloma

A 68 year old female patient with enlarged eyeball diameter and enlarged corneal diameter (14-15 mm), dome-shaped and ecstatic. Notice thinned cornea, surrounded by stretched sector of the sclera, showing anterior staphyloma in the upper part of the globe, with pigmented uvea.
