Melanoma - brown skin
Malignant melanoma in a 68-year-old woman. Melanoma is rare in brown skin and is mostly acral lentiginous melanoma. At the diagnosis level, most of them are widespread and with deposits, since the primary lesion is very small and lentiginous-like. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) phototype 5.
