Malignant melanoma in a 76-year-old man on his 5th toe. Melanoma is rare in brown skin and is mostly acral lentiginous melanoma. At diagnosis most of them are widespread and with deposits, since the primary lesion is very small and lentiginous like. Secondary deposits are shown on photo ID: 01BA9DWW.
