
Melanoma deposits - brown skin
Malignant melanoma in a 76-year-old man. Melanoma is rare in brown skin and is mostly acral lentiginous melanoma. At the diagnosis level, most of them are widespread and with deposits, since the primary lesion is very small and lentiginous-like. This patient's primary lesion was at his 5th toe, see photo ID: 01BA9DX0. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) phototype 5.
