Metastatic adenocarcinoma of the lungs, negative dynamic
A 79-year-old-female patient. Frontal CT scan (taken 5 years prior) with contrast enhancement. The was taken following the surgery (right-sided upper lobectomy) with the formation of areas of cystic-fibrous transformation. Three hypodense lesions are visible in both lungs. Right lung: segment VI 40x 30 mm, segment IX 15x 12 mm. Left lung: segment VI 17х 16 mm; 18 х 17 mm; 15х 15 mm, segment III 18х 18mm, segment IX 13x 12 mm.
