Metastatic adenocarcinoma of the lungs, negative dynamic
A 79-year-old-female patient. Frontal CT scan with contrast enhancement. Сondition after surgery (right-sided upper lobectomy) with the formation of areas of cystic-fibrous transformation. Three hypodense lesions are seen in the both lungs. Right lung: segment VI 60x 40 mm, segment IX 35x 25 mm.Left lung: segment VI 57х 46 mm; segment III 42х 39 mm, segment IX 19x 17 mm. Metastases have increased in size.
