Metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Ureteral stone with hydronephrosis - CT scan
Sagittal CT scan with contrast enhancement. A 67-year-old-male patient. A well-defined low-enhancing mass, measuring 35 × 42 × 38 mm is noted at the head of the pancreas. There are multiple low-enhancing masses in the liver of up to 32 mm in size, inferring metastases. Large (8 mm) obstructing calculus is in the right ureter at the L5 level. Right side hydroureteronephrosis.
