Metastatic pancreatic cancer. Liver and adrenal gland metastasis. Choledocholithiasis - CT Scan

A VR (virtual reality), 3D-rendering CT scan. A 67-year-old-male patient. A low-contrast mass, measuring 67 x 28 mm is visible in the body and tail of the pancreas - Pancreatic adenocarcinoma. There are multiple low-enhancing masses in the liver of up to 21 mm in size, inferring metastases. Left adrenal gland: cystic formation, measuring 31 x 27 mm. Heterogeneously accumulating contrast enhancement - metastasis. There are also prominent celiac nodes. In the left kidney, there was a cyst with smooth and thin walls, sharp and clear edges and a uniform water density with 32 mm in diameter. A stone (23 mm) was found in the gallbladder.
