Myopia
A 36-year-old man has complained of low vision in the right eye since childhood. During the basic examination, the vision of his right eye was 20/400 with a correction sphere - 3.5 cylinder - 2.75 maximum vision was 20/63. His left eye vision was 20/20. He did not use glasses or contact lenses. Diagnosis: Myopia of the middle degree, astigmatism, anisometropia, amblyopia of the right eye. When examining the fundus of the right eye, the retina is thinned, the vessels of the choroid are illuminated through the retina, and the retinal pigment is redistributed.
