
Myxofibrosarcoma (MFS) MRI scan
A female 65 years old patient. On this MRI scan, we see an increase in neoplasms. Negative dynamics in the form of an increase in the size and spaciousness of the formation of the right orbit - a multi-node formation with lumpy contours, the size of 9*9*7 cm (this was 6*4*5 cm a year prior to this scan, see related MRI), completely occupying the entire orbit with the involvement of the frontal bone, extending to the trellis labyrinth, the right maxillary sinus, the cavernous sinus on the right, covering the siphon of the internal carotid artery, the large and small wing of the sphenoid bone, the cavity of the Turkish saddle and the main sinus.
